  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
